1、 Product quality issues
Some factories have loopholes in the quality inspection process during the production of rotary joints. Not every joint is tested before leaving the factory, and some factories even do not conduct sampling inspections, resulting in uneven quality of products entering the market. For copper shell, aluminum alloy or stainless steel rotary joints, although preliminary judgment can be made by whether there are cracks on the surface, cast iron rotary joints have pores in their appearance, and it is difficult to detect whether there is a leakage hazard without actual testing. These low-quality products are prone to leakage faults during use.
2、 Work environment issues
After purchasing a rotary joint, if it is directly installed on uncleaned old equipment, it will pose a hidden danger to the rotary joint. Impurities and dirt remaining in the equipment may enter the interior of the rotary joint during operation. Due to the precise design of the bearings inside the rotary joint, impurities entering can scratch the bearings. Over time, bearing damage intensifies, ultimately leading to leakage in the rotating joint.
3、 Improper selection and use
When customers purchase rotary joints, if they do not choose based on the specific model of the equipment and the working environment in which the joint is used, and purchase and install them arbitrarily, it will make the rotary joint unable to adapt to the operating requirements of the equipment.
