Reason 1: The concentricity between the hollow shaft and the rotating body is insufficient. Solution: Check the size and accuracy, check the tightness of the metal hose, and adjust the fixed connection with the rotating body.
Reason 2: The gap between the bottom hole of the shell or bottom cover and the hollow shaft is uneven (the sealing ring is tilted). Solution: Adjust the hanging, supporting, or guiding rod structure to ensure the concentricity of the hollow shaft, shell, and rotating body.

Reason 3: The hollow shaft flange is not evenly thickened with gaskets between the convex platform and the concave pit of the roller connection. Solution: Leakage occurs at the connection part of the equipment. Remove and add uniformly thick gaskets.
Reason four: Low precision of the assembly machine (large end face perpendicularity, radial and axial clearances), and high vibration. Solution: Investigate the cause and repair the equipment.
Reason 5: The oil-free bearing end face and friction pair contact surface are not tightly attached or broken (caused during assembly or handling). Solution: Remove the rotary joint and replace the oil-free bearing or friction compensation ring.
Reason 6: The spring has a smaller compression ratio. Solution: Reform the design and replace the spring.
Reason seven: The friction sealing surface has not been worn in. Solution: After a period of wear and tear to achieve a balanced roughness, the leakage will stop.
Reason 8: High hardness granular solids or foreign objects enter between the sealing surfaces of the friction pair during assembly or installation. Solution: Grind the friction surface of the friction pair or replace the equipment.
