1.During rotating operation and when supplying high-temperature and high-pressure fluids, please try not to get close to the rotating joint and do not touch it with your hands.
2. For those with oil injection devices, please inject oil regularly. For rotary joints without oil injection devices, apart from regularly observing for fluid leakage caused by wear and tear, no maintenance is required.

3. Do not perform long-term air transportation (without fluid). Long term operation without fluid can cause increased seal wear, and excessive operation speed can lead to electrical spark corrosion (linear groove scratches and spot defects in sealing components).
4. When starting to operate the rotary joint, as well as when high-temperature and pressure fluids such as steam and hot oil begin to flow in, gradually increase the rotation speed, pressure, and temperature to avoid sudden temperature changes that may cause thermal expansion and contraction of the rotary joint components, resulting in rotary joint leakage, and confirm whether there are any abnormal rotations (vibrations, abnormal sounds, etc.).
When a leakage is found in the rotary joint, the machine should be stopped in a timely manner to check the cause of the leakage. Do not work with the problem to avoid damage to the components.
6. Do not leave it for a long time after stopping operation. Possible adverse consequences may occur due to rusting and other factors.
7. During regular equipment maintenance, check the wear condition and thickness changes of the sealing surface of the rotary joint. The normal wear is generally 5-10mm. Observe the friction trajectory of the sealing surface to see if there are any three-point interruptions or scratches. If there is significant wear or scratches, replace it immediately.
8. In case of malfunction, please promptly instruct for repair. When disassembling the rotary joint, please confirm that the fluid in the rotary joint is completely discharged, there is no pressure, and the temperature has completely decreased before disassembling.
Even if full attention is paid during installation according to the above requirements, due to differences in fluid types and operating conditions, rotary joints will still exhibit different life states. Depending on the quality of installation and piping methods, significant differences may occur. In addition, after prolonged use, the bearing and sealing ring parts may experience wear, so they can be replaced appropriately to continue use. The wear and lifespan of the sealing ring can be quickly detected when fluid leaks from the gap between the outer shell and the outer tube.
