The application of rotary joints in construction machinery

Rotary joints have good applications in many fields, not only in factories, but also in many construction machinery. And many of us can also use the function of rotary joints for replacement when the material is incomplete. Use up the spare parts and replace the damaged ones. This method can be used for both regular major repairs and on-site rapid repairs.

It should be noted that before replacing the parts, the disassembly and assembly process and fitting requirements of the rotary joint assembly components must be understood. When disassembling parts such as bearings, gears, pulleys, and hydraulic components, special tools should be used instead of hammering to avoid damage to the parts. When disassembling the torque converter, transmission, and engine assembly, it is necessary to strictly follow the disassembly process requirements to avoid scratches on the shaft neck and damage to the mating surfaces of precision components. Our department has designed and manufactured a rotary joint that meets the requirements of rapid on-site maintenance. It has five functions including pulling, pressing, smashing, twisting, and prying, which can effectively solve the problems in disassembling shaft sleeve, disc, and bearing parts, greatly improving the disassembly quality of on-site replacement and repair.
