Application of rotary joints in fans

The rotation joint should be installed on the fan. The rotary joint provides a blade pitch control solution for wind turbine equipment manufacturers to safely transmit electrical signals and hydraulic oil from the turbine nacelle to the rotating blades. As the wind speed changes, the hydraulic pitch system monitors and continuously “fine tunes” the angle of the blades to collect the maximum amount of available energy. The system also provides overspeed protection, adjusting the blades of the turbine to slow down the rotor speed to prevent the turbine from spinning out of control.
