The mechanical bearing embedded rotary joint has good maintainability and replaceability. In the past, bearing damage, especially when used in a horizontal position, caused by vibration or coolant leakage, has become a problem. The JSLX series has achieved a longer service life due to its improved bearing support and discharge structure. This seal can withstand a mixture of fragments and foreign objects. Using highly wear-resistant and self-lubricating silicon carbide, it can be used with coolant for a long time in environments where debris mixing is unavoidable. If not used with coolant, it can also operate at high speed. In high-speed operation without coolant, the heat generated on the seal becomes a challenge. There is an automatic sealing operation/closing device, which can even be used for high-speed operation without coolant. This seal adopts a unique sealing shape, which can not only be used for ultra high speed drying operation, but also can be used together with high-pressure coolant to achieve leak free operation.

High pressure tolerance: The mainstream models have a pressure resistance range of 0.5-20 MPa (such as LX84-7920, which is used for cutting fluid transportation at 0.5-7 MPa); ESX20V-L and other series can reach up to 20 MPa, meeting high-pressure conditions such as central water outlet and MQL micro lubrication.
Sealing technology: Using silicon carbide/silicon carbide or tungsten carbide as the grinding pair, it has self-lubricating, wear-resistant, and dry running characteristics, achieving leak free sealing of coolant/oil/gas under high-speed rotation.
Structural design: Concealed bearing support (partially patented structure) reduces vibration, extends lifespan, and supports installation in horizontal or harsh environments; Some models (such as ES50) adopt a bearingless design to adapt to extremely high speeds.
Media compatibility: Supports cutting fluid, oil, water, air, and oil mist (MQL), with temperature resistance typically ≤ 60-150 ℃ (depending on the model).
A rotary joint is a sealing device that connects stationary pipelines and rotating equipment, achieving leak free fluid transmission under 360 ° rotation. It allows fluid media to flow smoothly between fixed pipelines and rotating machines, and is a key component in industrial equipment

JD40 rotary joint is a key sealing component in industrial fluid transmission systems, usually referring to a rotary connection device with a diameter of DN40 (or corresponding British caliber). As a transitional sealing device that transports fluid media (such as water, steam, hydraulic oil, thermal oil, compressed air, etc.) from static pipelines to dynamic rotating or swinging equipment
