Connection form: flange connection (some data mistakenly labeled as “sleeve type”, but E016 series is clearly flange type, distinguished from L/S/E suffix);
Working medium: water-based/oil-based coolant, oil mist, dry air;
Pressure range: 0.5-14 MPa (can reach about 20 MPa in a short time, customized);
Maximum speed: ≤ 40000 min ⁻¹;
Allowable stroke: 4.5 mm (standard, some materials mention optional 8 mm or 17 mm, but the E series is usually a fixed or short stroke bearingless structure);
Temperature range: ≤ 60-180 ℃ (depending on the sealing material and medium, the coolant working condition is generally ≤ 60 ℃, and steam/hot air can reach higher temperatures);

Because the sealing material is made of ceramics that are hard, have good thermal conductivity, and self-lubricating properties, even when using coolant mixed with cutting chips
It can also maintain high-speed rotation and achieve a longer service life.
Due to its independent sealing, it can also correspond to MQL cutting (oil mist containing only a small amount of oil) and completely dry cutting (completely dry air).
Can achieve high-pressure coolant, MQL (oil mist), and dry gas dual-use.
The individually sealed structure enables long travel to be achieved. Especially for small long stroke models, the combination of machining and lathe can be achieved.
