BWLR090Q-0-AOG belongs to the BWLR series thermal oil rotary joint, which is a precision sealing device designed for the transmission of high-temperature fluid media under medium speed, medium low temperature conditions. This model is mainly used in scenarios where it is necessary to stably transport high-temperature heat transfer oil from static heating systems to dynamic rotating components such as rollers, dryers, etc. The design focuses on balancing sealing performance, bearing life, and installation stability, and is widely used in heat setting and heating equipment for industries such as rubber and plastic machinery, papermaking, textile printing and dyeing, and chemical engineering.

2. Core technology and structural characteristics
2.1 Sealing System
Balanced sealing principle: A flat sealing pair composed of quenched steel and high-performance carbon graphite is used. This pairing method has excellent wear resistance and self-lubricating properties in thermal oil media.
Multi spring compensation mechanism: There is a set of small springs inside that provide stable and uniform spring force, pushing the carbon graphite sealing ring for axial compensation. Even if there is slight wear on the sealing surface due to long-term use, the spring can automatically follow up to ensure a continuous tight fit and prevent leakage.
Application of high-temperature resistant materials: Imported high-temperature resistant O-rings are selected as key sealing components to ensure good elasticity in high-temperature environments and prevent aging and failure; The spring is customized with imported high-temperature resistant steel wire, with extremely low elasticity loss (less than 7%) at high temperatures, ensuring long-term compensation capability.
2.2 Support and heat dissipation structure
Dual oil-free bearing support: equipped with two high-temperature resistant deep groove ball bearings, providing stable radial and axial support and reducing rotational resistance.
Hollow shell heat dissipation design: The shell adopts a special hollow structure to enhance air convection, effectively reduce the working temperature of the bearing, and extend the service life of the bearing.
High precision metal bearings: The overall seismic structural design, combined with high-precision machining, ensures low vibration and high stability under high-speed rotation.
2.3 Safety protection and drainage
Excretion and safety device: equipped with specialized leakage discharge holes and drainage channels. Once a trace leakage occurs, the heat transfer oil can be safely guided to the designated recovery tank or outside the heating equipment, avoiding the accumulation of oxidation and coking of the heat transfer oil, which may cause the bearing to get stuck, and preventing the high-temperature oil from splashing and scalding the operators or polluting the on-site environment.
