Paper rotary joints often encounter various problems in daily life. Improper selection often leads to the use of important parameters such as pressure, temperature, and speed that exceed the operating range of the rotary joint during the service process. This results in the rotary joint malfunctioning after a period of use, causing unnecessary losses to the manufacturer and sometimes leading to misunderstandings between both parties. It is recommended that the general public carefully confirm the operating conditions when selecting rotary joints, and strictly follow the operating conditions confirmed by both parties during use. If the working conditions are not suitable, contact the technical personnel of the rotary joint manufacturer as soon as possible. ·Poor assembly of supporting equipment results in low precision of machinery, poor verticality and concentricity of equipment, large vibration, and shaft head jumping, which can affect the use of rotary joints and even lead to leakage. This type of problem is generally easy to overlook. We recommend checking the equipment when purchasing new or used equipment, checking for verticality and concentricity, and eliminating the problem in its early stages to avoid unnecessary losses caused by downtime after being discovered during use. ·Improper maintenance and prolonged shutdown may lead to rusting during startup, resulting in wear and leakage of internal components of the paper rotary joint. It is recommended to remove the rotary joint and inject lubricating grease into it to remove impurities and drain excess water from the drum, thus avoiding rust. When not using a rotary joint, keep the interior dry. Simultaneously filter with steam water supply port. Otherwise, foreign objects enter the roller from the source and settle in the rotating joint.
