SD-G rotary joint is a mechanical sealing device used to transport fluid media (such as steam, water, thermal oil, air, etc.) from fixed pipelines to rotating or swinging equipment. It belongs to the derivative or specific series of D-type rotary joints, widely used in high-temperature and high-pressure working conditions in industrial fields such as papermaking, textiles, rubber, plastics, steel, and chemical engineering

Product Introduction: Structural Features: The hollow shaft (10) is connected to the roller or roll through threads or flanges, and is the main rotating component that moves synchronously with the equipment. The sealing ring (7), hollow shaft, and corrugated compensator (5) together form a floating double end face sealing friction pair, which is beneficial for reducing the disadvantages of poor sealing caused by poor concentricity of large and heavy equipment. The sealing ring is made of impregnated carbon graphite, which has good self-lubricating properties, thereby reducing friction and wear, and improving service life: after the sealing ring wears out, it is compensated at any time by a corrugated compensator with the help of spring pressure. The use of bearings (12) not only provides support, but also improves rotational accuracy and reduces friction torque
