Important note:
The K series products adopt a gap sealing structure, and the discharge hole L must be connected to the return oil tank using an oil pipe during installation, and the return oil pipeline must not be blocked to form pressure;

When using the expansion and contraction cylinder rotary joint, the rotating core shaft can rotate inside the rotary joint housing through the rear end bearing and the front end bearing, and the liquid can be discharged from the inlet hole of the rotating core shaft, the flow groove and outlet hole inside the rotary joint housing. There are shaft rotary sealing rings on the inner hole walls of the rotary joint housing on both sides of the flow groove, which can greatly increase the sealing performance.
The dynamic characteristics of non-contact gap sealed rotary joints. Method: A system dynamics equation considering nonlinear oil film force, rotor rotational motion, and floating ring vibration is established for a typical gap sealed rotary joint. Numerical simulation is used to analyze the effects of oil film gap, speed, seal ring stiffness, and other factors on the motion of the rotor and floating ring. The larger the gap, the greater the amplitude of rotor motion, and the greater the relative displacement between the rotor and the floating ring; As the speed increases, the amplitude of the rotor and floating ring motion first increases and then decreases; As the stiffness of the sealing ring increases, the motion amplitude of the rotor and floating ring first increases and then decreases. The established dynamic model can be used to analyze the dynamic characteristics of non-contact gap sealed rotary joints, providing a theoretical method for the design of rotary joints.
