4. Installation and maintenance precautions
To ensure the maximum service life and reliability of the AU2000 rotary joint, the installation process must follow the standard steps:
Fixing and Protection: Securely clamp the rotating joint onto the vise, taking care to protect the surface of the joint from damage.
Sealing treatment: Wrap an appropriate amount of anti leakage tape (raw material tape) around the thread of the joint pipe to ensure sealing effect and prevent medium leakage along the thread gap.
Tightening operation: Use a wrench to lock the joint to the spindle interface, with moderate force to avoid excessive tightening that may cause thread slippage or deformation of the housing.
