Product Features
1. There are two independent medium circulation channels.
2. The inner and outer pipes are integrated and operate synchronously with the equipment.
3. The outer pipe and outer pipe flange are integrated structures, and the flange is connected to the equipment shaft end, running synchronously with the equipment and fixed with bolts.
4. The interior is sealed with wear-resistant and high-pressure resistant seals, with a maximum sealing pressure of 40 Mpa (400 bar).
5. Due to the frictional torque between the sealing surfaces during operation, it is necessary to use an external anti rotation rod or rely on the inlet and outlet connecting pipelines on the housing to prevent rotation when installing the rotary joint.
When connecting rotary joints and pipelines, it is recommended to use high-pressure rubber hoses or metal hoses through the M interface.
7. The outer tube (shaft) of the rotary joint is connected to the rotating shaft head in the equipment, which is the main moving component.
