Product Introduction
BT50 specialized rotary joint is a dedicated rotary union designed for BT50 spindle of CNC machining centers and CNC lathes. It is installed at the rear end of BT50 spindle to realize 360° continuous rotation while transferring cutting coolant, oil or compressed air into the through-hole spindle, supporting internal coolant supply for deep hole drilling, high-speed milling and hard cutting.
The main body adopts lightweight high-strength aluminum alloy with precision machined matching surfaces. The built-in high-performance wear-resistant sealing assembly ensures stable sealing under high-speed rotation, effectively reducing leakage. It is precisely matched with BT50 spindle interface, easy to install and replace without complex modification to the machine tool.
