Centrifugal pump high-speed rotary joint
Introduction:
The high-speed rotary joint of a centrifugal pump is a single pass high-speed rotary joint with an anodized blue aluminum alloy shell. It is mainly used to match the centrifugal pump and high-speed spindle, and is used to deliver cooling/lubricating media to the rotating pump shaft.

Product function
Centrifugal pump high-speed rotary joint, also known as rotary rotary joint, is used to transport the cooling liquid, lubricating oil, and pressure medium in the fixed pipeline to the inside of the high-speed rotating centrifugal pump shaft, achieving “static shell, high-speed rotation of the shaft, continuous medium delivery without leakage”, and avoiding the twisting of hard connected pipelines.
There are two main uses for centrifugal pumps:
Cooling inside the pump shaft: delivering cooling water/cutting coolant to cool the high-speed pump shaft, suppress temperature rise, and prevent shaft overheating and deformation;
Shaft end lubrication: Convey pressure oil to forcibly lubricate the bearings and shaft seal positions of the centrifugal pump.

| Number of Passages | 1 (single channel) |
| Max. Working Speed | 3,000 – 12,000 RPM (model-dependent) |
| Max. Working Pressure | 3 – 7 MPa / 30 – 70 bar (higher ratings available on request) |
| Working Temperature | −20 °C to +100 °C (extendable with custom sealing materials) |
| Suitable Media | Cooling water, cutting fluid / emulsion, lubricating oil, low-viscosity coolants |
| Housing Material | Anodized aluminum alloy (blue) — lightweight, corrosion-resistant, good heat dissipation |
| Rotor Material | Stainless steel — high strength, wear-resistant |
| Rotor Connection | External thread, screwed directly into the pump shaft (e.g., G1/4″ / G3/8″ / metric sizes) |
| Fluid Ports | Radial inlet / outlet ports on the stationary housing |
| Seal Type | Balanced mechanical seal — silicon carbide vs. graphite face pair |
| Bearing | Precision sealed deep-groove ball bearings, lifetime lubricated |
| Internal Design | Straight-through flow channel, low flow resistance, anti-clogging |
| Leakage | Minimal by design (inherent to mechanical seals); optional drain/leak-off port protects bearings |
| Installation | Rotor threaded into pump shaft; housing remains stationary |
