What should do if the rotary joints leaks right after use

Reason 1: The end face of the oil-free bearing is not tightly adhered or separated from the mating contact surface (caused by device or transfer). Solution: Remove the rotary joint and replace the oil-free bearing or the compensating ring of the interference pair.

Reason 2: The sealing surface has not been properly worn in. Solution: After the rotating joint has been used for a period of time to reach the equilibrium roughness, leakage will be stopped.
Reason 3: The gap between the bottom hole of the shell or bottom cover and the hollow shaft is not equal (the sealing ring is tilted). Solution: Adjust the hanging, supporting, or guiding rod structure to ensure the concentricity of the hollow shaft, shell, and rotating body.
Reason four: The concentricity between the hollow shaft and the rotating joint shaft body cannot be achieved. Solution: Check the size and accuracy, check the tightness of the metal hose, and adjust the fixed connection with the rotary joint.
Reason 5: Solid particles or foreign objects with high hardness enter between the conflicting sealing surfaces of the device or apparatus. Solution: Grind the conflicting surface or replace the equipment.
Reason six: The spring of the rotary joint has a smaller pressure ratio. Solution: Reform planning and replace springs.
Reason 7: The hollow shaft flange is not evenly thickened with gaskets between the convex platform and the concave pit of the roller connection. Solution: Leakage occurs at the connection part of the equipment. Remove and add uniformly thick gaskets.
Reason 8: Low precision of the assembly machine (large end face straightness, radial and axial clearances), and high vibration. Solution: Find the cause, repair and assemble the equipment.
