The rotary joint is a specially designed balanced sealing form for water medium. It has a compact appearance, operates flexibly, and is suitable for use under high-speed conditions. With low friction torque, all components of the rotary joint are made of corrosion-resistant materials, making it suitable for use in conditions with certain corrosive media.
1.G32 rotary joint is a precision dynamic sealing device used to connect rotating and fixed components, achieving continuous transmission of fluid media. Its nominal diameter is 32mm (interface thread R1-1/4 “), which is a commonly used specification in G series spherical sealed rotary joints.
The joint mainly adopts a spherical sealing structure, and the outer tube body is directly connected to the roller or dryer as the main rotating component. The precision machined outer tube spherical surface and impregnated graphite spherical sealing ring together form a reliable dynamic sealing friction pair. The spherical sealing ring slides in the annular space inside the shell, and the tight fit between the oil-free bearing and the shell allows the rotating joint to be freely supported, with low requirements for installation accuracy.
When the medium (steam, water, thermal oil, etc.) flows through the spherical sealing ring and oil-free bearing, a very thin liquid film will be formed, which has both sealing and lubrication functions, effectively reducing friction and wear, and extending the service life. The shell adopts a double ear support structure, which makes the large-scale rotating joint support more stable and the sealing more stable.
2.The “G” in G32 represents the spherical seal series, and “32” represents the nominal diameter of 32mm. Common complete models include QS-G32 (bi-directional flow, inner pipe fixation, threaded connection), JFS-G32-15 (mechanical seal type), QRS-G32 (bi-directional flow, inner pipe fixation, threaded connection, improved type), HS-G32 (brass material, quick connector type), etc. The naming rules may vary slightly among different manufacturers
