The product is equipped with four completely physically isolated independent fluid channels, which can simultaneously transport various media such as compressed air, vacuum negative pressure, cooling water, hydraulic pressure oil, etc; An independent isolation oil drain chamber is reserved in the middle of channels 2 and 3, matched with an external G3/8 standard oil drain port, which seals the trace leakage medium and uniformly exports it. Structurally, it prevents oil and gas, oil-water, and air-water cross leakage pollution, ensuring that the entire machine tool pipeline is clean and free of impurities.

The widened arrangement of ball bearings at both ends disperses the radial, axial, and lateral composite loads during rotation. Layered isolation and anti leakage structure
The four channels are divided into two groups of medium zones, with channels 1 and 2 as one group and channels 3 and 4 as one group. There is a hollow isolation chamber in the middle of the two groups, and any trace leakage from any sealed channel will flow into the drain port and be discharged. Cooling water will not penetrate the hydraulic oil circuit, and hydraulic oil will not contaminate the vacuum workpiece, protecting the precision machine tool spindle hydraulic unit.
Modular detachable structure
