Butter/lubricating oil rotary joint is a specialized rotary joint for lubricating media. It is used to transport lubricating grease (butter) and lubricating oil from fixed pipelines to rotating parts under the condition of continuous 360 ° rotation of equipment, achieving continuous centralized oil supply lubrication and ensuring long-term lubrication of rotating mechanism bearings, gears and other components. It is widely used in engineering machinery, mining equipment, rotating platforms, winches, cranes, automated rotating fixtures and other scenarios.

- Media: Grease, gear oil, hydraulic lubricant. Optimized flow channel for high-viscosity grease to avoid clogging.
- Sealing: Wear-resistant mechanical seal and anti-extrusion sealing rings, optimized for thick grease, stable sealing under low speed & high pressure.
- Structure: Single or multi-channel optional, threaded or flange connection for installation.
- Material: 45# blackened steel housing, stainless steel rotor. Seals made of oil-resistant rubber, graphite and silicon carbide, resisting oil swelling.
- Performance: Low rotating torque, dust & impact resistant, suitable for heavy-duty and dusty outdoor working conditions.
