The 6300-051-161 is a heavy-duty self-supported rotary union from SD 6300 series, specially engineered for continuous water transfer between stationary pipelines and rotating equipment. Widely used for cooling rolls, calender rolls, paper machines, rubber & plastic industry roller cooling systems. It adopts balanced mechanical seal structure, realizes reliable leak-free transmission of cooling water, and supports convenient on-site maintenance of seal cartridges
Main Features
- Balanced mechanical seal design：Reduces pressure load on seal faces, lowers friction torque and wear, extends working life.
- Self-supported structure with radial housing mounting：No extra bearing support required, easy installation.
- Monoflow / Duoflow dual optional design：Suitable for single-pass or internal return water cooling circuits.
- Quick-replace seal cartridge：Sealing parts can be replaced on-site without detaching pipe connections, only simple standard tools needed, minimizes downtime.
- Full-media flow passage + vent slots：Low flow resistance, effectively exhaust trapped air inside the cavity, avoid air-lock.
- Material configuration：Cast iron housing + steel rotor; standard seal pair: Carbon Graphite / Tungsten Carbide. Optional Silicon Carbide / Tungsten Carbide for poor water quality and harsh working conditions, anti-abrasion & anti-corrosion.
- Steel-banded floating seal：Compensates axial displacement automatically, keeps stable sealing performance.
