1、QS-Y type rotary joint – suitable for the printing and dyeing industry
The QS-Y rotary joint is specially designed for the standard drying cylinder in the printing and dyeing industry. It adopts a reliable spherical friction sealing structure. The rotary joint has a simple structure, can automatically adjust the center, and has an automatic compensator; There are two types of connecting threads, metric M36 * 4 and 45 * 3, and they are equipped with dedicated siphon hoses, making replacement and matching very convenient. Application parameter range: Temperature structure, it can automatically adjust center, automatic compensation degree ≤ 220 ℃, pressure ≤ 1.8 Mpa, speed ≤ 100 RPM.

2、Core Structure and Characteristics
Spherical sealing structure: The interior adopts a single or double spherical friction sealing design, combined with finely ground spherical and bottom surfaces to ensure a tight fit of the sealing surface. This structure allows the joint to automatically adjust its center within a certain angle range, adapting to equipment with lower rotational accuracy.
Maintenance free design: Some models (such as QS-YM series) use graphite rings as sealing elements, which have the characteristic of lifetime no need to add lubricants, achieving true maintenance free operation.
Simple structure: with a small number of internal parts (usually only four main parts), easy assembly, low failure rate, and convenient for quick replacement and maintenance.
Convenient matching: Equipped with a dedicated siphon hose, it not only solves the problem of condensate discharge, but also makes the replacement and matching of joints more flexible and convenient.
