Key points for installation and maintenance
Rotation matching: Before installation, it is necessary to confirm the rotation direction of the equipment. Choose the right-hand thread counterclockwise and the left-hand thread clockwise to prevent loosening.
Flexible connection: Metal hoses must be used to connect the inlet and outlet pipes, and direct connection of hard pipes is prohibited to compensate for eccentricity and thermal expansion and contraction.
Anti pollution measures: It is recommended to install a filter at the inlet of the medium to prevent foreign objects such as iron filings and scale from damaging the sealing end face.
Maintenance inspection: Regularly observe the leakage situation. The normal wear of the sealing surface is about 5-10mm. If scratches or intermittent contact occur, it should be replaced in a timely manner; Long term disuse requires rust and scaling prevention. ‌‌
