The rotary joint is a rotary joint for coaxially arranging a rotary member and a fixed member, wherein a rotary passage along the axial direction of the rotary joint is provided in the rotary member and the rotary member is attached to a rotary shaft, a fixed passage along the axial direction of the rotary joint is provided in the fixed member and the fixed member is fixed to a holding element, and fluid is supplied from a fluid supply source to the rotary passage of the rotary member rotating about the axis of the rotary joint through the fixed passage. This rotary joint can effectively prevent problems caused by foreign matter entering the sliding gap between the fixed shaft portion and the hole, as well as accumulation and solidification, through a simple configuration.
The function of a rotary joint is to serve as a connecting sealing device that inputs liquid from one side of the pipeline into rotating or reciprocating equipment, and then discharges it from the other side. However, the following points should be noted during installation:
1. During the transportation and storage process, impact and deterioration should be avoided as much as possible, otherwise the interfaces and internal components may be damaged;
When installing the rotary joint with threaded connection, it should be noted that the thread direction of the inner and outer tubes should correspond to the rotation direction of the roller, and the thread direction of both the inner and outer tubes should also be consistent;
3. A hose must be used to connect the joint an
