Domestic substitute models usually have installation dimensions and performance parameters that are completely interchangeable with SKT original products, focusing on solving the problems of high cost and long delivery time of imported accessories

Sealing performance: Alternative products often use silicon carbide for silicon carbide or tungsten carbide sealing pairs, with a leakage rate of ≤ 0.01 mL/min, supporting dry rotation protection (automatic sealing surface closure), and compatible with water-based and oil-based cutting fluids.
Material and temperature resistance: The shell/rotor is mostly made of 304/316L stainless steel, with sealing components made of fluororubber or PFE. It can withstand temperatures ranging from -20 ℃ to 150 ℃ during continuous operation (up to 200 ℃ in a short period of time); High end alternatives such as Mo Sheng and Jin Huan can withstand higher temperatures (≥ 200 ℃) and require customization.
