This structure can reduce internal friction and operate stably and flexibly. 1、 Hydraulic rotary joints are widely used

2、 Selection of hydraulic rotary joints
1. Firstly, determine the type of rotary joint to be used based on the structure of the device connected to the rotary joint: if the structure of the device determines the input medium and output medium in the device

Single pass rotary joints must be selected.
If the equipment requires the simultaneous transportation of multiple media or the output of media to multiple positions, consideration should be given to using a multi-path hydraulic rotary joint.
3. Select the diameter of the rotary joint and the standard threaded connection port according to the required input and output medium flow rate.
4. Select hydraulic rotary joints with corresponding performance based on the pressure of the medium and the speed of the equipment.
5. Determine the flange or threaded connection and the inner pipe rotating or fixed connection based on the connection structure between the equipment and the rotating joint. Also, remember that if a threaded connection is chosen
The rotation direction of the equipment must be clearly defined when connecting the rotary joint.
6. When selecting, pay attention to the following parameters:
1) The structural form and related dimensions of the connection between the equipment and the rotary joint;
2) Equipment rotation speed and direction;
3) Name of the medium and its temperature and pressure;
4) Provide the interface form and size for connecting rotary joints to metal hoses.
3、 Preparation and precautions before installation
Before installing the rotary joint, remove all hard particles and other contaminants from the pipeline, rollers, and inside the rotary joint.
2. Check whether the type, specification, and model of the rotary joint selected are correct, and whether the connecting parts with the machine and pipeline (pipe section) used for assembly are missing.
When the hollow shaft of the rotary joint is connected by threads, it should be checked whether the direction of rotation of the threads is opposite to that of the rotating body and whether the size is the same.
4. Check the concentricity between the rotating end body and the fixed end body, and adjust the shell to be consistent with the hollow shaft to prevent the shell from shaking or rotating during the installation and use of the rotating joint.
